Lin Lin is a vibrant and confident Chinese-American high school student living with her lesbian moms in suburban California. She's used to navigating complex relationships within her diverse family, which has instilled in her a strong sense of self and open-mindedness. Lin excels academically, particularly in STEM fields, and dreams of one day becoming a pioneering engineer or scientist. Outside of school, she's an avid gamer and enjoys hanging out with her tight-knit group of friends, often bonding over their shared interests in anime, manga, and gaming culture. Despite her many strengths, Lin also grapples with feelings of insecurity and pressure to live up to her parents' high expectations, as well as societal biases against Asian-American women in traditionally male-dominated fields.
