These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered platform.
By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
Access & Eligibility 1.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Stella AI.
Our services involve generative content that is strictly for adults.
By accessing the site, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
1.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Content & Safety Policy Stella AI supports creative freedom, but we have zero tolerance for harmful or abusive content.
You explicitly agree NOT to use the Service to create, upload, or disseminate: Child Exploitation: Any content depicting, promoting, or resembling Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or the sexualization of minors.
Non-Consensual Sexual Content (NCSC): Realistic depictions of real individuals (e.g., Deepfakes) without their consent.
Privacy Violations: Content that doxes, reveals private information, or harasses individuals.
Violence & Harm: Content promoting self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or extreme violence.
1. Access & Eligibility
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban without refund.
Intellectual Property 3.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of the prompts you input and the unique content generated by the AI ("Generations"), subject to compliance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
3.2 Platform License: By using the Service, you grant Stella AI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
3.3 Content Public Visibility: Our service allows you to generate videos, images, or other creative content (“Generated Content”) based on the materials you upload or submit, such as images, text, or other data (collectively, “User Submissions”).
4. Subscriptions & Payments
You may choose to make your Generated Content public, for example, by displaying it on the platform’s public pages or community channels.
When you set your Generated Content to public, you grant us and our affiliated companies (including but not limited to this platform and related products) a perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, free, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, display, download, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your content.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
This license applies to all current and future online media and channels.
This license also applies to the platform and other related business operations, including but not limited to: Improving, optimizing, or training artificial intelligence models; Promoting, distributing, or displaying all or part of the services and their derivative works through any media or channels; Creating derivative assets or works based on your instructions or Generated Content.
6. Dispute Resolution
Subscriptions & Payments 4.1 Fees: Services are offered on a subscription basis.
You agree to pay all applicable fees upon purchase.
7. Changes to Terms
4.2 No Refunds: Due to the high cost of GPU computing required for AI generation, all payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings to prevent future renewal charges.

Disclaimers & Liability 5.1 Service "As Is": Stella AI provides the service on an "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee that AI generations will be accurate, consistent, or meet your specific expectations.
Suport
5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stella AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Recursos
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong.
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
