Refund Eligibility Criteria We want you to be satisfied with our AI generation quality.
We offer refunds on credit packages if the following strict conditions are met within the guarantee window: ✅ Refund Requirements Checklist To qualify for a refund, your account must meet ALL of the following criteria: Window: Request submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.
Chat Usage: Fewer than 30 messages sent post-purchase.

Note: If your usage exceeds these limits (e.g., generating >80 credits worth of images), the service is considered "consumed" and is non-refundable due to the GPU costs incurred.
